Currently Enrolling Trials
Chronic Migraine
Males and females, 18 years of age and older.
The trial is being conducted to determine the safety and effectiveness of the medication zavegepant in the possible treatment of migraines.
Eligibility
- At least 8 migraine days a month, and at least 15 headache days a month.
- Migraine attacks, on average, lasting about 4-72 hours if untreated.
- Must be able to distinguish migraine attacks from tension/cluster headaches.
- Must use 2 acceptable methods of contraception to avoid pregnancy throughout the study.
Trial Duration
The trial will last up to 24 weeks involving 9 visits to our office.
Compensation
Participants are paid $75 per completed office appointment.

Females, 18-50 years of age.
This clinical trial is to evaluate bone mineral density with long-term use of Relugolix combination tablet (Myfembree). This is an oral medication (taken by mouth). Currently, this medication is FDA approved for 2-year use, and this trial will study the medication taken during 4 years, and follow changes in bone mineral density for 1 year after treatment has stopped.
Eligibility
- MUST have a medical diagnosis of endometriosis OR uterine fibroids.
- MUST have pain and heavy menstrual bleeding.
- Cannot have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar depression, PTSD, or schizophrenia.
Trial Duration
5 year trial with appointments occurring approximately every 6 months.
Compensation
$125 per appointment and $75 per phone call.

Female, 18-40 years of age.
This vaccine (mRNA-1647) is designed to protect against cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. This trial is for individuals who are CMV seronegative (never had CMV).
Eligibility
- Must be around at least 1 child under the age of 5 years old for at least 8 hours a week (on average).
- You can still receive other vaccines during this trial (COVID-19 boosters, flu shots, etc.).
- Must NOT be taking Prednisone or any antivirals (such as herpes medication).
Trial Duration
Up to 14 visits over approximately 30 months.
Compensation
Participants are paid for diary compliance and for time and travel associated with completion of study visits.

Males and females, 18 years of age or older.
This clinical trial will be focusing on the Omicron strain of COVID-19. The purpose is to evaluate the safety of different doses of the Novavax vaccine NVX-CoV2601. This is NOT an mRNA vaccine.
Eligibility
- Cannot have an autoimmune disease.
- If previous cancer diagnosis, must be in remission for at least 3 years.
- MUST have had at least 3 previous Pfizer and/or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines OR have not had ANY previous COVID-19 vaccines.
Trial Duration
Up to 4 office visits over approximately 7 months.
Compensation
May receive $100 per completed office visit.

Males and females, 50+ years of age.
This Novavax clinical trial will be focusing on the Omicron and Wuhan strains of COVID-19. There are 2 different vaccines in this trial. The vaccine targeted to Omicron is NVX-CoV2601, and the vaccine targeted to Wuhan is NVX-CoV2373. This is NOT an mRNA vaccine.
Eligibility
- Cannot have an autoimmune disease.
- If previous cancer diagnosis, must be in remission for at least 3 years.
- MUST have had at least 3 previous Pfizer and/or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
Trial Duration
Up to 5 office visits over approximately 7.5 months.
Compensation
May receive $100 per completed office visit.

Males and females, 12-17 years of age.
This study will test a new investigational vaccine called mRNA-1189, which is being developed for prevention of infectious mononucleosis (better known as ‘mono’). This trial is extremely important because there is no approved vaccine to prevent IM or EBV.
Eligibility
- Cannot have an autoimmune disease.
- MUST have a guardian present at every appointment.
- MUST be willing to have blood drawn from the arm.
Trial Duration
15 office visits & 10 phone calls over approximately 18 months.
Compensation
May receive $100 per completed office visit. May receive $50 per completed phone call.

Males and females, 18 years of age or older.
The trial is being conducted to determine the efficacy (how well the drug works in helping you lose weight) of Eli Lilly and Company’s investigational drug LY3502970 vs. placebo (no active ingredient).
Eligibility
- Cannot have Type I or II diabetes.
- Cannot have had previous weight loss surgery.
- Cannot have major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, or bipolar depression.
- MUST have a flexible schedule to allow for multiple 2-3 hour appointments.
Trial Duration
20-40 office visits over approximately 1.5 – 3.5 years (length is determined on pre-diabetic status).
Compensation
Will vary depending on the appointment.

Males and females, 6-17 years of age.
The study is being conducted to determine how well semaglutide helps children and teenagers lose weight. This is a placebo-controlled clinical trial. This means your child will either get semaglutide (the medication) or the placebo (no active ingredient).
Eligibility
- MUST be willing to self-inject the medication weekly.
- MUST be willing to have blood drawn from the arm.
- Cannot have Type I diabetes.
- Cannot have major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, or bipolar depression.
Trial Duration
19 office visits & 16 phone calls over approximately 2.5 years.
Compensation
May receive $75-$150 per appointment (compensation varies per appointment) & $40 per phone call.
